Your use of our website and service is contingent upon your acceptance of these guidelines. Once you engage in our service, we assume that you have read, understood and agree to the following, and therefore remain bound by it, at all times.

Christian Paul is an international brand and our aim is to not only provide modern, stylish and quality watches for everyone, but also to provide 100% service and customer care, to every customer, every time, no matter where in the world you are!
Our service is not to be misused or used for an illegal or otherwise prohibited purpose. Our watches are intended for personal use only, and are not to be purchased for commercial or on-selling purposes.
Christian Paul reserves the right to make modifications to our service, products, prices or practices at any time, without notice or consequence.
Christian Paul watches can be ordered from anywhere in the world. Orders can be made by placing your selected item in your shopping basket and completing the checkout process.
Please make sure all your details, particularly your shipping address, are entered correctly and notify us immediately if a mistake has been made during the ordering process.
You will receive confirmation of your order once payment has cleared. It will then be packed up and shipped to you as soon as possible!
PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
All Christian Paul watches are priced in Australian Dollars. You may select your preferred currency, whilst browsing our items, however once commencing the checkout process, your price will be displayed in AUD and you will be charged at the relevant conversion rate to your desired currency. Conversion rates are updated twice daily by our Shopify platform, to ensure that the most accurate and up to date converted price is always available.
Your cardholder will be responsible for converting the AUD amount into your local currency. You will be responsible for any conversion fees associated with this process.
We provide a range of different payment options, for your convenience. Christian Paul accepts payments made by all major Credit Cards and PayPal.
Full payment for your order is required at the end of checkout. We do not accept partial payments or lay-by payments. Payment must be confirmed and cleared before we will ship your item to you. If for some reason payment does not clear, you will be notified and have the opportunity to make another attempt at payment. We cannot guarantee the availability of your desired items, if there is a problem with payment that delays confirmation of your order. We are unable to hold products.
We reserve the right to alter the prices of our products or our accepted payment methods, at any time, without notice or consequence.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after order placement. We will make every attempt to comply with your request, however this is at our sole discretion.
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. If shipping has occurred we advise customers to see our return and exchange policy, and follow these processes to change their order.
We are also unable to add items to your order. If you wish to add a watch to your order, you will need to create a new order.
Christian Paul is pleased to provide FREE worldwide shipping. We use DHL Express or Australia Post to ship all orders. Orders made will be prepared for shipping within 2 business days of confirmation. These times may vary during sale/promotional periods or over Christmas time.
Australian orders will usually be received within 1-2 business days after shipping.
International customers can expect to receive their order within 2-5 business days of shipment.
Suggested delivery times are simply intended as a guideline. We cannot guarantee that products will arrive within these time frames. We make every attempt to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, because we know you cannot wait to receive your beautiful new watch. Once we dispatch orders, however, they are in the hands of our courier service and we cannot control their delivery speed.
We will not be responsible for delivery delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to: delivery service delays and natural disasters.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, LEVIES OR TAXES
Christian Paul will not cover or refund any charges or fees associated with customs in your chosen shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they make themselves aware of any charges that may be incurred, before placing their order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Christian Paul purchase. We are proud to offer our customers the option of exchanging their watch if it is not quite right. In order to exchange your watch for a different piece, please return it to us in a brand new and saleable condition, with all original and undamaged tags and packaging included, within 100 days of receipt. Original packaging includes the protective seal on the watch face and back.
If you choose to return your watch for an exchange, we are unable to refund your initial shipping costs, and you will also be responsible for the cost of returning your order. We are pleased, however, to offer you free shipping on your chosen replacement watch.
Make sure to include your name, order number and return shipping details.
We advise customers to use an insured method of postage, with a tracking number. We will not replace any returns that are lost in transit.

We take great care in inspecting our products before they are shipped, and make sure they are packaged safely and securely upon dispatch. If you receive your item and you believe it to be faulty, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order), with details and photographs of the damage alleged.
We will then make a determination as to the fault based on this information, and decide whether an exchange is appropriate. If an exchange is required, you will need to ship your item back to us and we will provide free return shipping on your new item.

We create watches of the highest quality, but they do need a certain amount of care and maintenance over time, to ensure their longevity.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are familiar with any care or maintenance guidelines specific to their watch.
Please pay attention to any and all care instructions that are listed on our website, or that accompany your watch when it arrives.
Your warranty will be voided if we deem your product to have not been properly maintained and cared for in accordance with our suggested guidelines. In addition to this, improper care will not provide you with valid reason to exchange or refund your watch.
We swear by the quality of our watches! The benefits given to you in this manufacturer's warranty are additional to, and do not detract from, any rights and remedies that you may have under Australian consumer protection laws. Our watches come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the watches repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
This manufacturer's warranty is not intended to change or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully changed or excluded. This is not a complete statement of your legal rights as a consumer.
This warranty is provided by Christian Paul Pty Ltd ABN 77 605 892 715.
What this warranty covers
This warranty is provided only to the original end-use purchaser, and does not extend to any other person or transferee. We provide such customers with a 2-year warranty for every watch, from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement of the watch only. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including scratches, chips, changes in the colour of the leather band or any other ordinary changes incidental to the usual use of the watch.
The warranty also does not apply for products that have not been cared for in proper accordance with our care instructions.
We reserve the right to request any information (including photographs) that we require to make a determination on claims under warranty.
What we will do
Warranty decisions are at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to refuse claims under warranty if our conditions and criteria are not met. During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts or the whole watch within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.
How to claim your warranty
All watches claimed under warranty will need to be returned to Christian Paul. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for all return address details. Make sure to include your name, order number and return shipping details.
We will not refund original shipping costs in the case of a successful claim under warranty. If your claim is classed under minor defects, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your watch to us. If your claim is classed as a major defect, we will refund this cost to you. In either case, we are pleased to provide free shipping on your replacement watch.
As with our return shipping rules, we encourage customers to use insured methods of shipping, complete with tracking numbers, when returning items to Christian Paul.
We are unfortunately unable to complete warranty exchanges if your watch does not reach us due to being lost in transit.
PROMOTIONS AND GIVEAWAYS
We may, from time-to-time, provide our lovely customers with promotional offers, including sales, discount codes or giveaways.
Any such promotion will only run for a limited period of time and there will be no rain checks, under any circumstances.
If you are using a discount code, this will need to be entered correctly at checkout. Failure to do so will not be remedied by the team at Christian Paul, so please ensure you complete this process correctly.
Giveaways will have open and close dates, and all entries that meet the relevant criteria will be considered. Winners will be announced via social media or our website, and winners will need to contact us to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
We reserve the right to lengthen, suspend, cancel or otherwise alter any promotion or giveaway, without consequence.
We love it when our customers join us on social media. It is a great way for us to share our brand and product with the world. We also use this platform to update you about new designs, promotions, inspirations and everything else Christian Paul.
We encourage anyone and everyone to be a part of our social media family. We do, however, have certain standards of behaviour that we require users to abide by. No abuse, bullying or foul language will be tolerated. Users who do not adhere to these standards may be blocked or deleted.
We welcome users to share pictures of our watches, however we ask that we be credited if you are sharing images owned by us. In turn, we will always credit owners of images that we share.
