We offer FREE shipping with all watches using international delivery service DHL Express and Australia Post.
This is a safe and insured method of delivery that will ensure your watch reaches you quickly, safely and soundly!
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being received. 
If you are ordering from within Australia, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.
For all international orders, please allow up to 2-5 business days.
This information is intended as a guideline only. There may be outside factors that influence individual delivery times. Please allow for the recommended time to lapse before contacting us about your order. We will not replace or otherwise action any orders until this time has passed.
We want you to be completely happy with your Christian Paul timepiece. If you have received your item and you feel that it is not quite right for you, you are welcome to exchange it for another piece.
In order to exchange your watch for a different piece, please return it to us in a brand new condition, with all original and undamaged tags and packaging included, within 100 days of receipt. Original packaging includes the protective seal on the watch face and back.
We are pleased to offer free return shipping on your replacement item.

We advise customers to use an insured method of postage, complete with tracking number. We are, unfortunately, unable to replace any returns that are lost in transit.

We swear by the quality of our watches! The benefits given to you in this manufacturer's warranty are additional to, and do not detract from, any rights and remedies that you may have under Australian consumer protection laws. Our watches come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the watches repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

This manufacturer's warranty is not intended to change or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully changed or excluded. This is not a complete statement of your legal rights as a consumer.

What this warranty covers

This warranty is provided only to the original end-use purchaser, and does not extend to any other person or transferee. We provide such customers with a 2-year warranty for every watch, from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement of the watch only. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including scratches, chips, changes in the colour of the leather band or any other ordinary changes incidental to the usual use of the watch. 

The warranty also does not apply for products that have not been cared for in proper accordance with our care instructions.

We reserve the right to request any information (including photographs) that we require to make a determination on claims under warranty.
