WHEN WILL MY WATCH ARRIVE?
Your watch will be dispatched within 3 days of order confirmation. From this date, all domestic Australian orders can be expected to arrive anywhere from 3-10 business days. International orders may take up to 15 business days to be delivered.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Christian Paul accepts all major Credit Cards and PayPal, so you can make payment however suits you best!
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
If your payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified and given the opportunity to make further payment attempts. If you are still unable to pay successfully, you may need to contact your cardholder to gain assistance in resolving the issue.
Alternatively, you may pay via PayPal, which is the most secure and protected method of payment.
We are unable to hold items and therefore cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item if payment is delayed.
Once payment has been successful, you will receive confirmation via e-mail, complete with an order number.
WHAT DO I DO IF I MAKE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you make a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us straight away and we will make the necessary changes. Please title your e-mail “CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUIRED” to ensure it is paid immediate attention.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it’s shipping destination, so please ensure you let us know as soon as possible if you think you have made an error.
WHY DOES THE PRICE APPEAR DIFFERENTLY IN THE CHECKOUT?
Throughout your visit to Christian Paul, you will be able to alter the price our products are displayed in, based on your local currency. This provides you with an indication of how much you will be charged for your watch. These prices are converted from Australian Dollars.
Once your item is added to your shopping cart, and you commence the checkout process, your order will be displayed in Australian Dollars, and you will be charged in this currency. Your cardholder will convert this dollar amount to your local currency. It also may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on the policy of your cardholder.
Our currency conversions are updated twice daily, to ensure that up-to-date and accurate information is always provided.

Please ensure that you have checked all of your e-mail folders, including junk and spam, as our e-mail may have landed in one of these. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation e-mail, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue and confirm your order as soon as possible.
WHY IS MY ORDER STATUS ‘UNFULFILLED’?
This status simply means that your order has not yet been packaged and dispatched. It does not indicate that payment has not been successful.
When your order has shipped, we will send an e-mail to update you. This e-mail will contain a tracking number, with which you can follow your shipment via our courier service website.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you have made a mistake in your order or wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately after your order has been confirmed and we will make every attempt to comply with your request.
Once your item has shipped, we are unable to comply with cancellation requests. We are also unable to add items to your order. To add an item, please create a new order.
CAN I RETURN MY WATCH IF IT IS NOT QUITE RIGHT?
You are welcome to exchange your watch for another piece. Exchanges must be made within 14 days, and all watches must be returned in brand new condition. Please see our Returns Policy for more information, including the exchange process.

IS MY WATCH FACE MADE OF REAL MARBLE?
Christian Paul watches exhibit a stunning marble designed face. It is a unique and stylish feature of our brand and product.
The face of your Christian Paul timepiece is not made of real marble; it is instead crafted out of a realistic digitally printed marble design. We have chosen to do this to ensure that there is consistency in our watches. Marble is a natural material and can differ substantially from piece to piece in terms of colour and general appearance.
We want to make sure our customers receive exactly what they expect; in order to avoid disappointment. This is why we have chosen to use a beautiful marble print, instead of natural marble.
HOW DO I LOOK AFTER THE LEATHER BAND ON MY WATCH?
Leather is a natural product, which requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance and ensure its longevity. Please keep your watchband as dry as possible, and make sure to wipe off any moisture immediately.
Please try to avoid contact with direct sunlight for extended periods. This will assist in the avoidance of leather discolouration.
If you choose to use a leather cleaner or conditioner, please ensure it is of mild strength and follow all instructions very carefully.
IS MY WATCH WATER RESISTANT?
All Christian Paul watches are 5ATM water resistant. This means that they will be water resistant up to a depth of 50 meters. We do not, however, recommend allowing your watch to come into contact with water due to the leather make of the band. In order to maintain the new look of the leather, limiting water contact is encouraged.
DO YOU ALLOW LOCAL PICK UP OR RETURN?
We do not allow pick-ups to be made locally, regardless of your location. Nor do we allow customers to return pieces to our premises. All shipping and returns are coordinated through our online store.
