What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your Christian Paul timepiece. If you have received your item and you feel it’s not quite for you, then we are happy to exchange it.

The timepiece needs to be in brand new condition. This means all original and undamaged packaging and tags, both protective seals on the front and back of the watch face need to be intact.

Christian Paul are pleased to offer free return shipping on your replacement item. We advise customers to use an insured method of postage, complete with a tracking number. We are unfortunately unable to replace any items that are lost in transit.

How do I return or exchange my product?
