HOW LONG IS THE BATTERY LIFE ON THE WATCH?
The battery life depends on the movement of the watch. It ranges from 2 – 5 years.
DOES THE WATCH CONTAIN NICKEL?
No, none of our watches contain Nickel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY WATCH?
- We take great care in inspecting our products before they are shipped and packaged safely and securely upon dispatch. If you receive your item and you believe it to be faulty, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with details and photographs of the alleged damage.
- We will then make a determination as to the fault based on this information, and decide whether an exchange is appropriate. If an exchange is required, you will need to ship your item back to us and we will provide free return shipping on your new item.

HOW DO I USE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?
At the checkout page, enter your promotional code in the bar. This will deduct the discount from the final amount.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY BATTERY?
You can have your watch battery changed at any watch repair store or jewellery store.
HOW DO I SET THE DATE ON MY WATCH?
- Pull the crown out half way
- Turn the crown anti-clockwise until you’ve reached the date
- Push the crown back in.
- Do not set the date between 9pm and 1am
